AmazonSmile Benefits Our Foundation

Posted on May 31, 2016
Amazon has a new program called Smile, that will give 0.5% of the price of eligible purchases DIRECT TO OUR FOUNDATION!

Follow the prompts in this link and read thru the details (the most important thing is to remember to visit smile.amazon.com vs www.amazon.com after registering).  It keeps your same account, shopping cart etc.

This is a very easy way to add money to our foundation account, please encourage all your family and friends to choose us as well via the button below or this link https://smile.amazon.com/ch/91-1685291

Additionally, for those who use facebook, please share this post on our facebook page  with all of your friends. THANKS!

From Treasurer Todd Krantz

“Vote with your Wallet” to fund scholarships update:

As of 05/23/13 we have received $6097 with another $600 pledged, for a total of $6697.  This is still anticipated to increase, so let’s see if we can meet or surpass $7000!  What has been received and/or pledged has come from 41 members or 51% of our active members.  Continued nice work, let’s finish strong!

New Generations Update

January is Rotary Awareness Month

Posted by Aaron Syring

Spread the word!  If you know someone who is interested in membership, our newly reformatted application (now a fillable pdf) is found in the downloads section of the website or directly by clicking here.

Celebrate Rotary Awareness Month by training members on Rotary history, programs, or how to raise awareness of your club’s projects among your community. Or, ask members to share a personal story or experience that they have had because of Rotary. Every Rotarian has a Rotary story that can be educational and inspiring. The beginning of a new year is a good opportunity to renew inspiration for the rest of the Rotary year.
