City of Oak Harbor is Holding a Ribbon Cutting Event for the Renovated Rotary Pedestrian Bridge at Windjammer Park

Oak Harbor, WA – The City of Oak Harbor will celebrate the opening of the renovated Rotary Pedestrian Bridge at Windjammer Park with the Rotary Club of Oak Harbor on Thursday, July 1, 2021 at 11 a.m.

The City and Rotary Club of Oak Harbor are excited to unveil the newly renovated bridge with the community. The ribbon cutting event will include speeches by Mayor Bob Severns and Rotary Club of Oak Harbor President Kurt Schonberg. President Schonberg will read the names of the individuals listed on the memorial plaque. The new bridge will feature two additional plaques and other design enhancements. Light refreshments will follow the ribbon cutting event.
